Governments across the globe are beginning to provide guidance as industries and education continue to work together to understand how AI can be ethically and effectively leveraged. The US Department of Education Office of Educational Technology recently released its guide, Designing for Education with Artificial Intelligence: An Essential Guide for Developers. The guide outlines five overarching recommendations for key aspects of creating AI-powered solutions for education:

This training program is targeted at anyone in the organization with little or no experience in agile project management. It builds on the theories and concepts underlying the agile approach and prepares participants to work confidently and efficiently in an agile environment. It also provides a comprehensive overview of the specific practices used in agile project management. Importantly, it reviews the roles of agile team members, scrum leaders and others involved in a project need to understand. This includes the consultants, contractors, vendors, and suppliers of an organization that uses agile. Participants will also learn about the structure for defining value from the agile customer’s perspective to make sure they are working on the right product, process, or phase at the right time that meets the customer’s expectations.

  • Key values, lifecycles and frameworks of agile
  • Agile teams - roles and responsibilities
  • Collaboration and the agile mindset
  • Common agile tools and techniques to help create agility
  • Workflow and transparency
